BlackHawk Ranch is in a transition period right now. All
of our animals are for sale and a few have sold already. We still don't have
a farm of our own so we are going to be leaving the business for the time
being. We hope to get back in possibly just for fiber in the future with a
couple nice fiber males but for now, they are about to become homeless, there
for need to be sold.
BlackHawk Ranch started with just Ben. He met and married Melissa shortly
after acquiring Janna from his parents. Melissa brought no farm experience
to the relationship but fell in love with a young llama. Her name was J-Lo.
That's where our llamas came from. J-Lo has since found a new home along with
her mom and sister but we do still have a few others.
